We loved outstanding restaurant.
We had wheelchair accessible room with a terrace and clean bathroom, which was important. The location in a downtown area was marvellous and there were the Christmas market and a market nearby.

I felt safe . Access to a full kitchen was a plus. The location allowed easy walking to art museums and shops. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for its quality and selection.
I encountered issues with a TV remote and cigarette smoke from nearby rooms. There were many emails for room upgrades, and the overall service seemed lacking this time.

The Windsor Suites provided a wonderful stay with spacious rooms with great views. The location was ideal for accessing local dining and attractions, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals and the nice rooftop area for relaxation.

I loved everything, it was great. Found in the pretty nice area, the hotel offered good prices. The airport was 12 miles away. Food was outstanding and I have nothing but great memories from this trip.

The place was spotless with private parking and a really big bed. There were very well appointed bathroom and great value for money and a nice size room. The breakfast was excellent and included.

Spacious room with fantastic views
The staff was genuinely friendly. I particularly loved how easy it was to walk to nearby museums and parks. The shower pressure was inconsistent, which could use some improvement.
